100+ Vendors Rotate Through the Bethesda Farmers Market All Year
Every Sunday morning, the Bethesda Elementary School parking lot fills with shoppers, local residents, and a line at Grandma Vera’s empanada truck.
The Bethesda Central Farm Market, runs year-round with a rotating cast of over 100 vendors and food producers.

You’ll find leafy greens, seasonal veggies, fresh herbs and seedlings, bright flowers, tables with artisan cheese and various preserves, fresh baked bread, as well as local beer and wine for tastings.
The market also brings in live music and chef demos throughout the season, so you can grab what you need for the week and stay for the entertainment.
The setup runs rain or shine, even through winter, so if you’re looking for a Sunday morning stop in downtown Bethesda, this is a good one.
If you enjoy the market atmosphere, mark your calendar for Taste of Bethesda in the Fall: an annual festival where over 50 local restaurants take over the streets just a few steps away in Woodmont Triangle.
